The Core
This includes both licensed and non-licensed leaders. Leadership is guided by the Pastor and supported by the senior leadership ( i.e. First Lady, Assistant Pastor, Mother of the Church, or other appointed leaders who echo the spiritual vision of the ministry). Violations of guidelines will be addressed by senior leadership to maintain holiness, unity, and respect in all areas of ministry.
Licensed leaders are to also adhere to the standards, rules and regulations governed by the presider of the International Alliance of Apostolic Ministries at the national and district levels.
Biblical Modesty & Gender Distinction:
Women should wear modest, loose-fitting dresses or skirts that fall below the knees (1 Timothy 2:9–10).
Men should avoid earrings, excessively tight clothing, and attire such as biking shorts (Deuteronomy 22:5).
Scripture teaches that men and women should dress in ways that reflect their God-given identity (Deuteronomy 22:5)
Spiritual Responsibility:
All individuals serving in ministry—including preachers, teachers, musicians, dancers, and ushers—must reflect a Godly lifestyle both inside and outside the church. Ministry is sacred and must be approached with reverence. Those who knowingly disregard these principles will not be permitted to minister at Infinity Church Huntsville.
